Georgetown University Washington D.C.


Who can apply?

  • Current or rising high school freshman, sophomore, junior or senior. GPA of at least 3.0

What will they learn?

Numerous online and residential options across various disciplines include:

  • Summer College 2: July 9-August 12, 2023

Tuition and fees: $2,500 for one-week (commuter) to $6,950 for three-week (residential). Other fees apply. Optional meal plan available. Fashion and Accessory Design Pre-college Program Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York


Who can apply?

  • Applicants must be of rising high school sophomore, junior, or senior status – or a 2023 high school graduate.

What will they learn?

  • Students will study the origins of the fashion industry from the glamour of Parisian haute couture to the designers such as Proenza Schouler and Marc Jacobs currently working on 7th Avenue in New York City. London, Milan, and Tokyo will also be explored along with Paris and New York through fashion shows, projects, and an exciting final presentation that will feature student designs! The emphasis will be threefold; fashion collection development, accessory design, and accessory creation.

The University of Washington Seattle, WA Who can apply?

  • Students in grades 9-12

What will they learn?

  • Numerous offerings include Podcasting: Storytelling & Audio Production, Sharpen Your Writing Skills, Screenwriting Workshop, Writing Arguments That Matter, Entertainment & Media Writing.

Session dates: Two-week, half-day camps starting from July 3-Aug 14

Freedom Of Expression And The Politics Of Social Media The University of Chicago, Chicago, IL (online course)


Who can apply?

  • Current 9th, 10th and 11th graders

What will they learn?

  • Students will read classical and current texts on freedom of expression, examine case law in free speech, and explore current controversies and statements and policies of social media organizations. At the same time, students will participate in a simulation of Congressional Hearings on social media regulations. Assuming roles as Senators, journalists, lobbyists, and leaders of social media organizations, students will actively bring their learning into practice by navigating the world of social media, politics, and policies.

Creative Writing Boston University, Boston, MA (Commuter and Residential options available)


Who can apply?

  • Rising junior or senior

What will they learn?

  • Formal techniques and approaches to writing poetry, fiction, and screenplays

  • Study with accomplished writers who are part of BU’s MFA Program in Creative Writing, one of the most highly ranked programs in the country

  • Practice their craft and hone their style while gaining valuable insight into the writing process

  • Develop confidence in their creative writing abilities through constructive critique and feedback
